John Peitzman
FOUNDER
John Peitzman is the President of True Anchor Recruiting, based in middle Tennessee. True Anchor specializes in direct-hire Information Technology professionals, specifically in software development.

John has over 13 years of experience in the recruiting industry, having worked for a global recruiting organization, a small startup, and most notably: growing with a highly respected firm for 10 years. John has placed hundreds of people through the years in various industries and seen the value in fostering deep relationships. A firm believer in keeping his faith a priority, John uses his gifts to honor others with ears to listen and a heart to serve.

Outside of work, John can be found spending time with his wife of 13 years and 4 children. A lover of DIY house projects, college football, outdoor activities, and coaching his kids sports teams, John is rarely sitting still. That familiarity with juggling many things at once has translated well into the recruiting space and starting True Anchor Recruiting.
